5. Pay attention to the suggestions of assembly personnel
After the machine is designed, there will be many problems in the assembly process. Every detail of the site will be reflected on the drawings so that the same problems will not appear next time. This is important, but it is often overlooked.

6. Don't let design software get in the way of thinking
Now the use of 3D software is very common, but 3D software is not conducive to the expansion of thinking in the initial conception, and it is very tolerant to restrict the design ideas. Drawing sketches is quicker in the stage of scheme design review. There are some doors in the scheme. Use catocad to draw layout drawings and process drawings. The layout, working procedure and price are approved by the customer. Detailed execution unit will select 2D or 3D drawing according to its own situation.

7. Pursue streamlining
It's hard and abstract to do this. Let me tell you about a project I did last year. Last year, I was in charge of a semi-automaton project. Customers need to do more than a dozen of the same equipment. If a cylinder can be omitted or a processed product can be reduced in the design stage, multiplying the number of units is an objective number. With the simplest transmission, the least parts, the most efficient completion of customer requirements is a problem that every designer must think about every moment.
